Our aim is to offer you more choice and control as well as convenience. You can now use the internet to view your medical record and request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly and look at your medical record online.

There are 3 different apps that we offer: Airmid, NHS App, and SystmOnline.

NHS APP

Download the NHS App, or open the NHS website in a web browser, to set up and log in to your NHS account.

Owned and run by the NHS, your NHS account is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services online.

SYSTMONLINE

SystmOnline allows you to book blood test appointments, order repeat prescriptions at a time convenient to you and view your medical records. SystmOnline is available on a web browser as well as an app, which can be used on Apple and Android devices.

AIRMID

Airmid gives you access to your medical records, order repeat medication and book blood test appointments. It provides details of local health care organisations, allowing you to exercise more control over your personal health while reducing time that you spend on it.

Do you or someone you know need in-person help to get online?
If you or someone you know could benefit from learning more about how to get online, a Tech Buddy could help.
BCP libraries run Tech Buddy sessions which are free 1 – 1 one off sessions with somebody who is good at explaining computers, without using jargon.
If you bring along your device and questions, they will help.
If you don’t already have a mobile device or computer, they can offer advice on how easy it can be to join the digital community.
Your local Tech Buddy sessions are at Highcliffe Library on the 1st and 2nd Tuesdays of the month.
To book a slot contact Highcliffe library, not the surgery. You can call 01202 127369 or pop into the Library to reserve a space.
